Wilkins Coffee invites you to try the freshest coffee you've ever had. Coffee is roasted within 24 hours of brewing, which can be a little messy when you're brewing, but every cup is elevated to the best flavor attainable.

So the beans are still warm when we grind them, but Wilkins Coffee is more than just fresh: we are on a constant journey exploring new coffees. Every batch is different: the beans are always changing and the roast is tailored to the moment. You will never get your favorite coffee twice: because as soon as you taste it, we're already coming up with your next favorite coffee.

In addition to perfectly brewed coffee by the cup, we offer small groups guided pour-over brewing/tasting sessions — whether brewing a single bean roasted three ways, tasting the same bean with a different brew, or trying out the latest gems from the best purveyors in town, each experience tells a story worth talking about.
